WHAT is:

The legal information online is the possibility of the customer / citizen request through e-mail, a response to issues of legal nature, receiving the reply the same way.

Thus the BCSM, Lawyers aims to expedite and facilitate knowledge and access to customers and other citizens to the law, thereby contributing to an improvement in qualifying experience in society.

The client is entitled to a clear answer on the legal question asked in general terms. So, given the nature of the communication medium used, the online legal information does not include questions whose answer depends on the analysis of the presence of documents or personal intervention of the lawyer that, if so, should contact the customer / citizen and to schedule a consultation legal presence.

FEES:

For each legal information are due fees of €. 25.00, to clear before sending the response to the information sought by means of check and / or bank transfer, the data will be provided, also via email, upon receipt of a contact form, duly completed by the customer / citizen .

TERM:

The BCSM, Lawyers will send the answer to the legal information requested by the customer / citizen, no later than three days from the enforcement of payment of fees due.
